Inside Kendall County Sheriff

This is a Yorkville Police squad car camera video from 05-14-08 of an Officer (He was fairly new at the time) exercising a traffic stop for No Seat Belt Violation on an unmarked Kendall County Sheriff's Car. Unfortunately the Yorkville Officer didn't know it was a Sheriff's car driven by Chief Deputy Terry Tichava, who welcomed the Officer to Kendall County.
